We are so blessed to have such GREAT friends here in Vegas. Actually, they are more like family than friends. We were so lucky to spend the Holiday with them so we didn't have to be all alone. Saturday morning, we were invited by our friends the Spurgeons to an Easter egg hunt for their ward at the park. It was lots of fun! The kids got to look for Easter eggs filled with candy while the adults ate a yummy pancake breakfast! After that, we came home and dyed Easter eggs and made cupcakes. YUM! On Easter Sunday we enjoyed a GREAT service at our church by Pastor Bob. After church we went to our friend's mom's house for their family brunch. Landyn got to do his 2nd Easter egg hunt and play with the boys. Later that night, we went to the Spurgeons (Matt and Emily's) home for dinner. Landyn got to play with Madelyn and do his 3rd Easter egg hunt. You think by this time he would be really good at Easter egg hunts right? nope. lol he had to open every egg and eat a piece of candy before getting the next egg. Maybe next year. As you can see, we had a very FUN filled Holiday! Thank you to my friends for making it so special! We love you guys! xo
