Trunk or Treat

Last year our friends the Spurgeons invited us to go Trunk or Treating with their ward. Unfortunately, it was the day of my surgery so we couldn't make it. They invited us again this year and we were finally able to go. We had such a GREAT time, and it was good practice for Landyn before actual trick or treating. During Trunk or Treating there is a Chile cook off and hot dogs, chips, and drinks for dinner. There was also a cake walk that Madelyn loved doing. She was very good at it. After all that, the kids trick or treat from trunk to trunk. It's fun to see the people who decorate their trunks. Landyn was a Kangaroo this year for Halloween and Lilly had lots of fun Halloween sleepers, Jeff was iceman, and I was boring and was just me! We had such a fun time, I think Landyn ate a little to much candy though. He ended up getting sick later that night. Thanks guys for inviting us!
